Instant NOREASOn Permanent ban

After 14 days ban, you can't say a WORD that you get permanent ban. Just happened to me.

I'm here to ask RIOT what have I done wrong AFTER my 14day ban, to deserve Permanent ban?!

I've been positive and teaching others, I'm always spending money in the game.

I've flamed once, but i've learned that its not the right way, Since that i've ignored them instaed.

My last game i didn't flamed anyone and puff INSTANT permanent ban. What's wrong in this game?!

You should check your automating system, and okay i understand it has to be automatic. BUUUT!!, When it comes to PERMANENT BAN, it should be ANALYZED by a HUMAN! This is not fair! Specially just after spending money on it

So I can post the chat logs here, and there will be nothing penalty worthy? You were told the next penalty of any type would be escalated to a perma-ban.

Spending money does not give you immunity from penalties.

Nope. Blame yourself for being toxic.

No need to say you "weren't" toxic at all. The chat logs in your account/email is all the evidence we need to prove your "innocence" wrong.

It doesn't give you immunity, surely, but if 99% of the players didn't deposit any money, you wouldn't be now working on Riot, Mr. Tantram! You, riot, should have a little more consideration from those kind of players, who deposit often. A permanent MUTE would be even better for YOU, and certainly for the PLAYER. And you'd still make money from him.

It's the players' own will to "deposit" their money on skins & such, of which Riot teams has worked severely hard on them to make it look hot & worth.

You, riot, should have a little more consideration from those kind of players, who deposit often.

Still doesn't give them the rights to be toxic at all. You paid for skins, not a ban-immunity.

Riot tried it before. It ended up having more AFK & intentional feeding instead. If you still can't learn your lesson after a 5 & 10 game chat restrictions & 14 days suspension, you're better off leaving LoL.

This isn't framed properly. Banning problem players means more people enjoy their experience. Not banning problem players means players will quit due to poor experiences.

Permanent mutes aren't an answer. Players that want to lash out and cannot due it via chat, will do it through other methods. We have a lot of data backing this up.

We don't want money from toxic players. We want them to stop playing.

Do you want me to post the chat logs for you, since you claim you were just being positive and helping others?

You are aware you are posting in a 3 months old thread, right? You likely won't get a reply by Tantram.

Anyway... I'm not sure what kind of examples you are asking for, so I'll try to cover the two things that I believe you might mean.

If you are asking of examples of how people lash out without being able to chat: Ping-spam, trolling, afk-farming, intentionally feeding, the whole program pretty much.

If you are asking for examples of such things happening: When they tried out only punishing people with scaling chat restrictions this exact thing happened with the typical repeat offenders which are now punished with a permaban on the fourth strike.

unless Tantram is dead i see no reason why (s)he wouldn't. the thread's age shouldn't be an issue when adressing a rioter

Ping-spam,

ping spam is annoying but it can be muted if you haven't noticed.

i don't know how much a tilted player can spam pings but from my experience, trolls tend to stop trolling after a time if nobody appears to care about the tantrum. ive had a match or two where someone did that (back when pings couldnt be muted)and they eventually stopped soon after i stopped acknowledging them and reacting to the constant pinging.

trolls feed on attention, much like bullies. ignore them and they go away!

trolling,

trolls will troll regardless if they are chat restricted or not so that's neither here nor there

afk-farming,

basically every low elo Nasus(or top laner who takes tp just to get back to lane) ever does this. i know a top lane main in gold who does this every day while streaming it and he isn't banned in any way.

intentionally feeding,

i'm sitting here hoping you'll eventually provide a valid reason why permanent chat restriction is a bad ideea and your arguments so far are not related to flamers in any way, shape or form

If you got banned for your chat, then your chat logs will be available the next time you try to log in. For feedback on those, feel free to post them in this thread.

If you didn't get banned for chat, there should be an email explaining the reasons you were banned. Be sure to check that.

Your account could have been suspended if it was compromised. However, if this isn't the case and you were banned for some kind of negative behavior, then you should have received chat logs or a reform card indicating why you were banned. If not, then reach out to Riot Support by submitting a ticket.

In your last game, it looks like you fed the enemy mid ekko hard. You had 12 deaths and the ekko had 20 kill/assists. It's reasonable that you might have int'ed and run it down mid, especially considering it's a 28 minute game (It's average a death every 2 and a half minute and death timer is average 30 seconds).

Spending money does not give me immunity, but give me the right to take profit from it. If I've credited my ACC and then got ban right away, my credits should be refunded.
