hoping to get unbanned

hey my account got hacked into and the guy used hacks. i got perma banned but i was hoping i could get taken off seeing how it was not my fault. I've been a long time player sense season 2. I've only ever been banned once for DC back in season 3 i think. now that i want to get back into the game i can't. if anyone could help please.

IF YOU DIDN'T ACCOUNT SHARE (ELO boosting), then follow these steps:

Submit an Account Recovery Form, or just change your password
Tell them that you got hacked and wished to be fowarded to the fraud department so they can review your account
If confirmed to be hacked, ask them kindly if you can get the ban removed.

However, if you did account share (and it is pretty easy for them to find out), then don't even bother wasting people's time.
