If three people are toxic to each other in a game, it doesn't matter who started it or who said something worse than another: They're all reportable and they will all get in trouble if they're all reported. Mute's in the game for a reason. Toxicity is toxicity, even if it's reactive toxicity.

Let's see...Constantly provoking others, calling other people names (most notably retarded which is more then enough to earn you a ban), report calling, blaming teammates, more name calling, more name calling, more name calling (seeing a trend here?).

Let's say you get baited to dive under enemy turret and die, you got baited and the death registers.

You got baited by toxic people and got banned, you got baited and the ban registers.

It doesn't matter who started it or what others said because they'll get reported and punished too. Just like you did for being this toxic.

and ive been banned before for false things like a feeder attacking me and getting everyone to report me for no reason whatsoever and i have been trying to get out of this skill level to play with some non toxic pros... this isint easy for me to do and therefore i meet these illegal smurf players that make a new account to terrorize the new players and usually play with frineds
