Does Honouring someone counteract a ban. Just had a game with two of the most toxic players I have ever encounter who admitted to partying up when they play so that if they decide to feed or flame they can just honour one another and not get banned? Is this true? If so how is this a fair system.
No. I'm sure there is a scale but I'm sure that reports in-which penalties incur outweigh any number of honors.
As far as I'm aware, the honor system and the Instant Feedback system are completely independent of each other. Offenses that violate the Summoner's Code/Terms of Use will count towards the next step of the punishment ladder, despite how many honor points you obtain.
