Friend Request Report?

I played this lux match today and our jg start late so he kept dying beacuse we were in our lanes.So i decided after i killed Zed to help Kha'zix catch up during that i stupidly let Zed get more cs and through the whole match this Zed is just saying i'm the worst,git gud,and telling me to uninstall my game.So i try to add him so we can rematch but i didn't know if they were online,so i occasionally sent friend request if they weren't in my list.Now they are saying if i don't stop they will report for harassment. Is this possible?

If you keep sending them friend requests after they've asked you to stop then that does seem like it would qualify as harassment.

Of course you could just stop since they've indicated that the requests are unwanted and then you won't be reported for harassment because you aren't harassing the guy anymore.

no you cant get reported for endlessly sending a friend request, and if the other guy was knew any better he could just accept your request and then block you, although that leads to the question - Why do I have to accept a friend request to block someone?

Ok thank guys also if they happen to report for no reason, will it effect my chances for PBE?
