Reported For Replying To Flamers

I am a level 23 player. Every single game I play there are experienced players who are on low level accounts insulting me. Even when I get a 1v4 quadra kill I got called trash for a plethora of reasons that make no sense to me. I feel cheated by the system for getting chat restricted for replying to them, normally I just mute them, but I am tired of having to fullmute all every single game I play. The chat logs do not show the harassment I received and it feels wholly unfair for me to be punished for being bullied. I do not understand how anyone plays this game with a community this bad.

I will not pretend I was kind to them in the few games I responded, but I was tired of being constantly insulted and having to mute every game. Is the only way to play this game really to mute your whole team or just sit there in silence while you are bullied, harassed, and insulted?

Edit: I'd like to clarify, I am not asking to have my punishment lifted. I understand what I said was against the summoner's code. However I would just like to know if I am having a bad run and its not normally like this, or if you have to mute your team to not be harassed every single game. I am considering just quitting this game and moving back to the other games I play due to the toxicity of the community. The most insulting part of this to me is that the people attacking me didn't even get feedback reports.
