Warning about this player.

Will riot even punish this person?

Game starts with invade. We catch their supp and get our draven first blood. Then i go to leash for our jg while draven goes to lane to start getting stacks. I'm even willing to take dmg for our jg because i know it wont be a good leash since draven wasnt there to help. But our jg says hes gonna wait in tri bush until draven comes to help leash. So i stand around for a bit until i have to go because i realize this guy was actually serious. So i get back to lane, and this guy says in all chat that he will be inting bot because draven wouldnt leash. And he does, he goes straight bot lane and walks under tower stands still and dies to enemy adc. He repeats this about 7 - 8 times. Then he says in all chat that hes going top and mid next. As soon as he says that our top laner rage quits and is gone the remander of the game. So its just me draven and mid at this point, while our jg continued his inting until game was over. He also decline the early vote of course to prolong the trolling.

To add insult to injury he was making friends with the enemey team, telling them to report us for not leashing, and they agreed because they where just as troll as he was egging him on and thanking him and telling him they would report us. I know being in league this long i expect this type of behavior. But please can riot take action here? Can i not get these types of people anymore when i report them. I have a funny feeling this guy will go unpunished. And apperantly he knows it as well, because he added me after telling me i could watch him continue to play games without being penalized. Like he knows himself that riot wont do anything so he has the audacity to let me keep tabs on him while he continues to play ranked.
