Can you please do something about ARAM dodging? It takes 2-8 dodges to get into an ARAM atm. I'm sure you guys have all the data you need to address the problem. My friends and I have been playing since season 1. We play arams together for fun these days and its frustrating as hell!

15 minutes is a stiff penalty? Try 5 hours or something that leaves an impact on their day/night. 15 minutes means tab out and watch some pro streams, tab in when you're no longer 'penalized'.
ARAM dodging, especially consistent dodging, has pretty strong penalties. If I recall correctly, two dodges in a short period will get you a 15 minute queue timer.
Sounds like IP Farmers. They dodge queue after queue until one of their botted accounts gets a good configuration.
Okay, so if I ever get in a game with you with a team where no one can initiate early on, i'll make sure to NOT reroll, or dodge if I have no rerolls, just to hear you cry about how no one is going in and we're turret hugging.
Or if I get a champion I can't play at all, IE Draven, and can't trade with anyone and have no rerolls I won't dodge. All to force a loss because idk what I'm doing nor can I catch axes to be able to do relevant damage.
Downvote away, this is a reason why a few people DO dodge ARAM.
