I realise that i aint the perfect player, noone here is ( plus im short-tempered), so i rage in my games ( not all of them) but is it really a reason to perma ban a person? like i played this game since the start of 2nd end or somewhat, got banned couple times but perma ban? come on riot. everyoen in this game rages, you are just going to make players leave this game. like i know i aint a good person or a good player, but perma ban for raging is just too much.
Riot doesn't expect you to be a saint, but it doesn't take one to avoid getting banned by the system. Even if you behave poor enough to start getting hit by punishments you have your chances to prove that you're capable of being civil.
If you're perma banned for standard poor behavior you need to have received;
10-game chat restriction 25-game char restriction 2-week ban
before reaching the perma-ban state. Assuming that you don't behave extremely poorly (the sort of behavior that shouldn't need a reminder that it's bad behavior). If you do you skip steps.
That's three chances to get your behavior under control. If you burn through all of those and still behave poorly, you've essentially told Riot that you have no intention of changing.
Most people don't rage. Those that do tend to learn a better way of expressing themselves when the lesser punishments start stacking up.

This is the point of the perma ban. They want you to leave the game.
