afk and trolls

what happens to them after we lose our ranks, games and points will not help us. but I still report them. I think there should be an action towards such players because it will get harder for others to raise up their ranks duo to the win/lose ratio. sometimes few games wont change too much but I wrote this discussion based on almost 10 games in a row with game leavers and/or intentional feeding. please feel free give us your recommendation .
