14 day ban for.... what?

Dear League of Legends community,

I played a game 3 days ago with a jungle, a top, a mid, and a support. I am fairly new to this game as I am only level 16. I got a 14 day ban for being "toxic, and unsportsmanlike conduct" which I do not agree with this decision and let me tell you why. First of, the jungler that I played with (nocturne) was flaming our top lane Kayle the whole time because the enemy got a double kill top early on in the game, because of some reason, and after that, he kept spam pinging whenever she died. After a good 10 mins of hearing nocturne being toxic, he starts coming bot lane and takes my cs when i clearly wasn't doing alot better. After a while, a fed Twisted Fate or something (I forgot, played this game like 3 days ago) comes bot lane to kill me, because I was behind in cs so I was free farming bot. And Nocturne was sitting in bush waiting for him to come. I was baiting twisted fate to the bush where nocturne was camping, but he didn't bother coming out to help me. Instead, he watches me take twisted fate down to 30% hp and charges in to take the kill. He clearly had no intention of helping and just wanted kills. AND to add on to that, he SPAM pings me when I die.... Moving on. Later on in the game, I pinged him if I could take blue as I was really low on mana, he sits in the bush beside blue buff and waits for me to take the buff low enough, and then smites it even though I pinged him "on my way" and my mana percentage. Not only that, he was being extremely toxic to our team AND the enemy team by BM'ing every kill he got and laughing. Me, Syndra, and Kayle decided to report him and a few from the enemy team decided as well that this nocturne was extremely toxic, rude, and a troll who was just trying to tilt his team. So, my question is, What did I do? I wasn't toxic to the enemy team OR my team in the entire game. In fact, I was talking to the Graves and Xin Zhao most of the game. I didn't flame Kayle because she fed graves and twisted fate. I didn't flame Blitzcrank for taking my cs and kills. And I didn't flame the enemy team when they killed me/I killed them. To Top it all off, I WAS THE ONE GETTING BANNED even though you can clearly see who the real culprit is from the chat logs that I have provided below. You let the person off the hook who has been causing all the trouble, and punishing the person who is just standing up for his team and himself. Yes, I understand I was swearing a fair bit in this game, but, that is not against the summoner code, only swearing AT someone is against the code, which I'm pretty sure I haven't done so.
