What I should do when I just wanna flame

I always try to be the "good guy", the guy who supports everyone via chat and backs them up if they aren't doing so good. But sometimes there are just games that you play well, but your team is just awful. They go on to feed the whole game, flame each other and so on. And Me ,as a player, just feel awful about the game and want to go on a flame rant myself. Even tho I never really started flaming at that point, but I have been tempted a couple of times. What should I do in these situations when I play my best but still lose LP even if I played well myself?

Well you picked the wrong game if you can't bear these situations. Or at least, you picked the wrong game mod. You see, in any team game in which you are assigned unknown allys, you will experience this, so i'd advice you to pick another game, or to only play with friends.

Starcraft 2 could be a good game for you. Balanced for 1v1, your loses are all deserved, so are your wins.

If you want to stick with lol, just remember that :

Whever you win or lose one game is up to luck. Whever you win or lose one hundred games is up to you.

So, it doesnt matter if you win or lose, just improve and play your best every single game, abuse the mute button, and if you are really better than your teammates, you won't see them for long since you will climb.

Honestly, not to sound like a broken record considering how most respond to things like this, but muting all and just trying your best around it is probable your best bet.. Getting frustrated in general usually results in not doing your best because you are not as focused on the game and your game play in general. It might not let you win all of them, but it should give you a lot better chance then with out. Oh, and as far as when your team is feeding, just trying to focus on your game play try to improve your self by using it as a learning experience.

I see people say "take a break to un-tilt" all the time.

However, the best solution is ARAM. Impossible to tilt when you know the game doesn't matter at all and everyone has a champ they probably don't know too well.

Diverge their attention and tell them to make plays with and around you.
Accept the loss, They are awful anyways. Even without the flame the game probably will be lost. Plus 1 game isn't going to make or break your climb. If you are good enough, you'll get out of your current ELO in time.

I usually play at home all alone so I just scream at shit and vent as others have suggested... just today i did so... played yasuo adc and cucked the kaisa (5/1 at one point) and then we start to teamfight and darius after a couple of fights is 12/1 so 1 q = 45% of my health followed by Noxian Guillotine dealing the rest... i wanted to flame the shit out of the ryze but instead screamed at my cat... sad but better than flaming ingame... especially after my multiple chat restrictions... Honour 0 checkpoint 1 bby... 😏😏😏
