Well, I was very tilted since my game froze after being 3/0 in a match making me restart my PC, I get back and sure I flame League a bit and have an extremely toxic teammate, I flame him back some which should not get me permabanned with that little amount of flaming. But then mute him, he shouldn't be able to see my chat if he's muted so there's no reason for me to get banned for this as I call out his score to the rest of the team which agreed with me that they did not enjoy his toxicity. The toxic player reports me and I get banned.

I will say of course I leashed him I was joking. The toxic player was our jungler and started the flaming before I even said I wouldn't leash him. He had been toxic since champion select so I feel it was justified. There was no inting, or griefing on my part. I would have understood a chat ban as I did not handle league glitching and then afterwards freezing my computer as well as a toxic player being 2/17 and flaming us a ton well, but I do not think this should justify a permaban.

you were permabanned because you were given 2 chat restrictions and a 14 day ban as a warning. You were not permabanned for this game. you were permabanned for every game leading up to this one. Use this time to take a break from league and the competitive scene to detox. When you are ready, come back in a couple months with the level of professionalism Riot has come to expect in their community. Flaming teammates will not be tolerated, no matter the circumstance. Always mute and report.

I think maybe a chat ban or a temp ban for this kinda chat. Over all though it seems like it was just kinda toxic both ways but i do think that a permanent ban is way to unnecessary and over kill.

Even if we ignore the kys comment (a zero-tolerance phrase that is grounds for an escalation) you spend a good portion of the later half of the game calling for reports against hecarim and calling him garbage. Under normal circumstances this would get you a chat restriction at most with the kys pushing it over the line to a 14-day ban as the first punishment. Because you already had a 14-day before, were on thin ice and still displayed this kind of poor behavior you were given a permanent ban as the IFS saw that you still hadn't improved your behavior. I understand that you were having connection issues and a poor behaving teammate (they happen) but that's no excuse to tell someone to kill themselves, let alone harass someone. It only takes 1 report to flag a game for review, and other peoples poor behavior doesn't excuse your own.

In the future if you must rage then do so at the screen instead of in the chat, that way you can vent your frustrations without fear of being punished for chat-related offenses.
