League of legends time zone?

Hi, I was recently banned for fourteen days and the ban is up today at 20:25. I believe I have learned from my mistakes and the ban was a good break for me. I was wondering whether 20:25 is specifically my time zone or whether it is on riots time zone. Thanks.
