can my account be unbanned in any way ?

i got banned a couple of year's ago for scripting when i dont even know how to script i think that the reason i got banned was because some guy said that i hacked his account and he's gonna send riot a screenshot about me or something like that ... i talked to support many times and the answer is always the same which say's they detected script's hack's or third party programs or something like that i just want to know if this is fair im sure its not so im asking if there's some way to get my account back maybe by paying or something like that .. that account is so precious for me

If an account has been banned for scripting, and Player Support has not overturned it upon further investigation, then no, it is not recoverable in any way.

Riot doesn't ban for scripting unless they detect third party code, as far as I know. It's possible that you had some other program on your computer that was interfering with Riot's code but, unfortunately, that's A: still not allowed, and B: ultimately your responsibility to protect your computer's security.
