I mean you deserve to be banned even if he said that, two wrongs don't make a right. If you didn't want to be banned you shouldn't of put yourself in a situation where you could be banned by saying stuff like that. if he really did say that you could of just ignored him and reported at end of game then he'd be the one banned if he wasnt also banned anyways

I mean, the average player literally types this stuff in nearly every game that I play and I too am surprised that perma bans aren't even more common going by Riot's strict in-game chat guidelines. But going down the list, if we're to treat this as a game that even a 12 year old can play (although from being around enough of them, most of them can have worse mouths than us 25+ older folk which is likely the major player demographic of a game like this, but I digress) then you basically talk about oral sex, and tell someone to kill themselves. To be honest, I have a friend who tells people to drink bleach and that it'd make them play better very often and brags about how he's never gotten banned or even chat restricted, so your guess might be as good as mine as to why you get punished and he doesn't. But I suppose you deserve it nonetheless.

Encouraging suicide and hate speech, both of which Riot has a zero tolerance policy for. Normally stuff like this would get you a 14 day ban (even with no prior chat restrictions), but if you have already had a 14 day ban recently, then the only step after that is a permanent ban.

I know you understand why but everyone needs to remember that even if you're joking, even if the entire game knows your joking, if you say something offensive and a teammate gets mad at you for stealing a kill and decides to report you to get back at you, or you win and the enemy thinks it'd be funny to report you out of vengeance, then you will still get punished. Profanity and toxicity are more lax because it's easier to mistake someone calling somebody a troll because they're malicious or because they're playing Trundle. I played with a guy who called WW a "bitch" meaning the literal canine connotation in context.
