Seems like people aren't banned unless they chat

Have gotten several repeat players on my other account over the past few months that literally just run it down, but they never talk in chat. Despite like 9 reports on them all every game, they are still just there not being banned. The most they type in chat is a ":)" after they achieved their 19th death. I have had to "obtain" entirely new accounts just so I can play without having to worry about a forfeit game every time I Q up. Is Riot just asleep at their keyboards, or what?

EDIT: Just as a side note, I am 100% sure they are intentionally feeding. They buy mobis and raptors and just straight zoom it down a lane.

It's easier to detect chat based infractions. It's harder to detect stealth trolling. That's why it feels like people only get banned for chat violations.

They'll get what's coming to them.

Yes, I get people chat restricted all the time over nothing. It's Rito's state of the art report system. The only way to avoid chat restriction is by not communicating at all. (FUNNY considering non-communication is a rreportable offense)

It seems like they're not worried about actual trolls/feeders that ruin the game. Considering they're auto-banning everybody who uses chat in-game instead. Time to update your .txt blacklist for the chat bans rito. lmfaooooo

Refusing to communicate hasn't been on the Report list in years. And even when it was still there, it never actually resulted in a punishment.

The whole honor system is cancer. You can be getting honor left and right and not rise at all. The ban system is also cancer.

The instigators more of a problem than the retaliatory since the retaliatory wouldn't exist without the instigators. However, riot only focuses on the retaliatory because rito logic. Meanwhile the community defends this dumb as fuck process. I'm not saying the retaliatory are not guilty. However, it hardly requires a brain to know which is worse and who should be focused more.
