Dissapointment in the player support service/Unwarranted ban

Recently my account "Akunin" was permabanned by riot for "using 3rd party programs". As a player of league of legends for 2 years I have never cheated in this game and found this acquisition to be obscure. I emailed riot telling them i would screenshot all my league files and do whatever is needed to show that in fact i was not cheating. In response they completely neglected the offers i made and cases i made in my email. I found this to be very dissapointing. For a company and game I have put a few hundred dollars to reject my right of player support service is obscene. I asked for proof of my guilt and it wasn't provided because "they protect their investigative methods". This is strange to me cause i have been banned before for verbal abuse and they had no problem giving me evidence of my chat logs and other actions that lead to those bans. The instance which lead to this speculation was during the game i was jinx playing against a graves and sona lane. the graves ulted me so i tried to flash it but my flash was late and delayed. lucky enough the ult wasn't in range anyways but my late flash caused me to dodge sona's ult. after this sona immediately accused me of scripting cause their was no way a player could dodge an ult. In this case my poor reaction time saved me. Many players that i watch can project animations and flash ults several times. so in that case they should be banned as well? I don't see how i get punished for a late flash that ended up making someone miss an ult and get accussed of something i dont do. i offered to send all info required to judge whether it was mechanical skill or a 3rd party program. For riot to essentially ban me without definitive proof is just sad to me. That's over $300 i have lost to an account that i have been denied access to for no apparent reason seeing no evidence was supplied. In the code of conduct it acknowledges that all money spent won't be refunded which is fine but the fact i can't get a legit reason from player support is unacceptable. This qualifies as scamming/fraud under US law as i have been punished unreasonably and my money has essentially been taken since it has gone to waste while my guilt was never proven. Innocent until proven guilty not guilty cause of suspicion remember that.

While i do think they should talk more about it, they obviously wouldnt tell you everything especially the process in which they know you used a 3rd party program. Because whats stopping you or anyone else from telling others the process and trying to work around it. Honestly though with topics like this i dont get why you need to specify the amount of money you spent on this game. It doesnt neglect what you might have done and doesnt make it right. If you want to sue Riot by all means do it since you claim that its scamming/fraudulent, but they will probably then show the courts/jury their process since it would be confine with only them.

I mean it could be a mistake, but there are a lot of things that could have triggered it, like the use of 3rd party programs you might have on your computer. Hell i would be surprised with things like those programs that promise to make the game run better (wtfast, etc), it could also be that your account might have been compromised (when people were doing those fake promotion that riot themselves said not to do, but people dont listen) most of those usually ask for your account information. Someone could have gotten your account, used 3rd party programs to get your account ban.

All in all its hard to say. Riot doesnt need to tell you every little detail about why your account was ban. For all we know you did and are just trying to get your account back. So many people come on here stating they did nothing wrong. we hear the same excuses and after awhile it starts to get dull. While im not saying thats the case here, its best to try and contact Riot directly. Try and go to their headquarters if the support isnt helping (as far as i know there isnt a number you can call them directly) coming on the forum cant help you since Mods usually doesnt read things like this, and us forum users dont have the power to help.

i screenshotted all my profiles and stuff i didn't cheat. you honestly think a silver 1 player would script?

what stops you from deleting it before taking a screenshot? and scripting isn't the only 3rd party programs. hell usually anything on your computer could be labeled as a 3rd party programs, especially one that could run with the League of Legends client. and your rank has nothing to do with it. You could be bronze, unrank, hell you could only play vs AI alone and it would still get you ban. its against the ToS. But again im not accusing you. its between you and Riot. im just giving my opinion on the matter, and really all you have is that you didnt cheat. anyone could lie about that especially if it means trying to get your account back!

if i had these "files" they could show me evidence. but i didnt so they have no evidence or it would be shown to me.

Being S1 is irrelevant as the devil's advocate argument would be that you might have been stuck in bronze or low silver and opted to use a 3rd party program to climb to your current rank. One would think that a company such as Riot is exceedingly good at detecting when it's users are using 3rd party programs considering the resources they have at their disposal...

i wasn't stuck. but i do have a history of being very toxic. With this said any minimal form of reports always resulted in punishment. i played on my other account for awhile then it got banned and resorted to playing on this account again. i have played on multiple of my accounts since and have received 0 punishment. making this ban more questionable as to if it was legit or not cause i have done nothing to change my files or anything

Also note that it might not even have anything to do with change files. It's running a 3party program. So basically anything that is running while league is running could be tricking their systems into thinking that you are doing something to manipulate the league client. Granted I would assume Riot knows what types of programs people run like Skype, raidcall, Pandora, Razer, etc. so if anything like people have said here contact riot. Coming on the forum can't be helpful especially since it has to involve someone at riot to help out with you.

They didn't help me out when I contacted them directly. Only programs I run while playing league are Skype and YouTube. That's why I brang it too the forums to show the community my disgust with the lack of support the "player support" provides players

i did it links you to their email and u send in a ticket. they have yet to respond to my ticket efficiently

It's your fault for spending money in a non-Steam game , Riot is a small company and not trustworthy
