Permabanned for this? can anyone point out why?

Only has 2 games... nothing actually negative said. Adc was trolling in the first one. And so was his duo. Theres absolutely nothing here on the grounds to punish my account. This is pretty ridiculous.

Yes, but pretty much for the same thing. There is no cause to ban me on that one either. Its just premades will report as a group and thats all that is needed apparently

Not correct, only 1 report triggers a review, any extra reports do nothing. That is how riot always has done things

Just so I'm clear here. You received a 14 day ban for doing the exact same thing as this punishment?

Does it not seem a bit silly to keep behaving the same way that earned the 14 day ban, especially after said ban explicitly states the next punishment is a permaban?

You were being really passive aggressive in that chat. If you just recovered from a 14 day suspension before this, then sorry. A permabanned is justified as you didn't learn from before.

I was not being passive aggressive. I was doing my best to be civil. And I even tried explaining that. This is NOT a reason to permaban an account. Name one thing in there that breaks any rule? You cant. And the 2 week suspension was just as ridiculous as these reasons. A premade 4 man reports you and it automatically takes... It's not right

This is untrue. It takes one report to review a game. More reports do nothing. There is no automatic punishment based on number of reports, each reported game is reviewed no matter how many reports are made in it.

For what it’s worth, and at the risk of you calling me a troll as well, I agree with their analysis of your chat logs.

Regardless of if you agree with the punishment or not, or with Riot’s escalation of punishment policy, we are trying to explain why the punishment was issued.

You do not have to agree, that is fine. But at least try to understand what you’re disagreeing with.

Yea this is dumb. This is just as toxic as like spamming pings, shouldnt be permed for this no matter the context. Then again, you could have posted a chat of you just saying "hi guys" and they'd still find a way to say the ban was justified.

After a 14 day suspension, it is made extremely clear that the next suspension is permanent.

People are not permitted to keep being "mildly" toxic forever. Riot requires them to either improve their behavior or they will be kicked out.

He claims that the 14 day suspension was for the same reason(s) or similar reasons to this one. This isn't toxic and that word is thrown around too lightly now in my opinion, people know what toxicity really is because they've experienced it and this isn't it. This is just someone playing the game. The claims for the ban were:

"That he was being passive aggressive", I geuss this might be slightly true?

"He told someone to uninstall." Not true and taken out of context completely, he told someone who was playing that he was a toxic influence and he hopes not to see him in another game. Everyone has said something around these lines.

"Asking for reports". I cant even find any readon that someone would think this is bannable.

I check this board pretty much everyday and this is the first post I have ever agreed with. If he was super toxic for his 14 day suspension, then I could kinda understand this. But he claims the 14 day suspension were around the same points as this one, and in that case I frankly can't see him worthy of never playing on his account again just for that. Would I ever say something like this? Of course not, I hardly type as it is, but having a teamate say this would'nt lesson my experience at all. Sorry for the long response.

Again, it’s not "is this worthy of a permanent suspension" but more of a "have chat restrictions improved the behavior".

If a player doesn’t improve on chat restrictions, they are issued a suspension (14 days) as a kick in the rear to improve their behavior. If they still don’t improve, they get kicked out. Riot does not allow people to just keep being mildly toxic forever and get slaps on the wrist."

Normally, just by itself, it wouldn't. You would have to establish a pattern of this happening and do it consistently in order to first even break into chat restrictions.

However, OP had just come off of a 14 day ban. They explicitly state that it is your final warning, and that the next punishment is a permanent ban. Once you are on that last step, all it takes is one validated instance of toxicity to get you banned. In this case, it normally wouldn't have caused anything, but given the behavior history, there was no leniency.

It counts as harassment, yes. Reason being that multiple reports don't do anything more than a single one. Now just doing that by itself with no prior history won't likely lead to a punishment though.

im not sure why people think baiting and trolling in chat isnt toxic. whats the point of making your team more angry with you?

This is happening more and more, Riot has literally just gone fucking crazy. Riot is just stealing money/accounts from people for just simple arguing.... Not toxic, just negative by their opinion and their moarls. You know why this is happening it's because Riot is banning all the people who actually want to win. This is an esport right? You know what happens mid match where your team is sitting on the ground or scoring on your own team. The other team mates are going to call them out in this. This game kicked anyone frustrated trying to WIN in competitive eSports for being frustrated by the environment of don't have to try and then report people for being mad. I'm not talking about using bad language and attacking others being OK but Riot is literally banning people for being negative in the cesspool low elo is now. Its because of all the banning that just makes it worse, fuking people just go yolo on a new account the and not take once riot has stolen away all the skins and champs and just says it's cool you can just make another account though. When you have games so uncontrollable you can que up just sit around in games and win the games your going to win and lose the games your going to lose. The Yasuo mid won't stop feeding OH Zed Mids snowballing 5 mins in gud luck stopping him from having free kills on bot or top lane now. Thanks mid for not playing safe like we asked. Oh you're negative Banned! That's league of legends now

Pretty much. I was banned instantly after the 2nd game on there. There was no review or anything, because no one can review that in 1 minute.
