Low Priority Queue

So uhm, I have internet issues. I've been playing on my computer using hotspot from my phone. I know it sounds crappy, because it is. My ping would shoot up to the thousands sometimes. I DC'd sometimes cause the internet stopped working leading to me getting low priority Q's. I would be upset, but I can't do anything about it so i sucked it up and did my q's. Now I recently got internet, I use an ethernet cable for better ping. Although for some reason my connection still shuts off sometimes either before game or during game resulting in me getting low priority Q's. I do try my best to log in to the game and check whats wrong with the connection. I do the basics like restarting client, computer and router/modem. Nothing works... I guess I just have bad luck. I even end up joining 4 minutes late having to leash myself. So basically I just logged on to another low priority q after disconnecting because my internet. I would like to ask or request if it's possible to remove them. Like I said in the past, I have been responsible in completing them, but I feel that I shouldn't be punished for something that not in my power. This goes for everyone else with internet issues. :( Please help
