Why did i get PERMA BANNED?

So saying FF is a reason to perma ban someone, when they can just mute me? Someone with Riot, please enumerate how this chat is perma-bannable.

Saying it, no. Spamming it, sure. You harassed your teammate with calls to forfeit and rallying for reports, which itself is pointless and hostile. So yeah, easily toxic logs.

Nothing here for an escalation, which implies that you had a recent 14-day ban. To which I ask... why the hell would you use chat like this when you had to know you were on thin ice? Is it too hard to just be polite or silent?

Check OP's post history. Not only did OP have a recent 14 day ban, but two games listed as explanations for said ban include this exact behaviour.

This is a perfect example of somebody getting permabanned for refusing to learn from their punishments.

I would call this chat easily punishable without the ff spam, although spamming the chat is highly frowned upon by itself.

Your first few lines of text were giving up, then you go on to harass your team by report calling and calling them trolls.

What's sad here is you cannot see the hateful rhetoric that "my team" was throwing at me just for losing lane. They used very much hate speech and abusive language. I MUTED them and just typed ff and stupid things because I was very tilted. Regardless, this again should not be perma-bannable. You want to suspend my chat indefinitely, please do. Nothing here should warrant Riot stealing the money I've spent on this game.

  1. Your teammates' bad behavior doesn't excuse your own.
  2. This is perma-bannable, provided you recently got off of a 14-day Ban, which, as others have said, is very likely.
  3. Permanent chat suspensions wouldn't work, which is why they aren't an option or a punishment.
  4. You gave them your money, they didn't steal it.

1.) I didn't use any bad behavior or language. What i DID was use annoying language.

3.) Chat suspensions are definitely a punishment, that's why the first reform is a 25 game chat suspension. In situations like this where the offenses are not grievous, a chat suspension is the only punishment that makes sense.

1.) Clearly, you did use bad behavior, since you spammed FF and called for reports. That is bad behavior, whether you think it is or not.

3.) I never said they weren't, just that Permanent Chat Suspensions aren't. I know the ladder; 10-Day Chat Suspension > 25-Day Chat Suspension > 14-Day Account Suspension > Permanent Account Suspension.

As most folks have said, and as you have yet to confirm or deny, you were more than likely just off your 14-Day Ban, where they literally tell you any further punishment will result in a permanent ban. It doesn't matter how minor the offense; any punishment after a 14-Day Ban will be a Permanent Suspension.

4.) Your analogy is flawed; It assumes that breaking the rules of one game would be equivalent to posting a bad comment about a game providing service. That's not how it works; you agreed to the Summoner's Code and Terms & Conditions, wherein they outline to you that you have to compose yourself as any sportsmanlike people should.

And in the Terms & Conditions, they tell you that you own nothing on your League of Legends account, save access to Riot's content and creations, which they're allowed to revoke at any time should they find you not worth having.

Which, you broke the rules, several times even, and Riot found it worthwhile to revoke that access.

And allow me to reiterate my former point: You. Gave them. Your money. They. Did not. Steal it.

Jesus, you'd be perfect if I had prepared bingo cards for typical ban responses. The only thing we're missing are claims that "free speech" should protect you.

In order:

-If your team is being toxic, mute and report them. You are responsible for your own actions. Feeding the trolls or "defending yourself" isn't protected. -Don't spam. -Yes, it is perma-bannable. Riot has a very simple system of escalating punishment tiers: 10-game chat restriction, 25-game restriction, two-week ban, perma-ban. Since you didn't do anything to warrant an escalating punishment, that tells us you had already received your two-week ban, and with it, an explicit warning that you were one punishment away from a perma. -Indefinite chat suspensions were used several years back by Riot, and found to be ineffectual. People just racked up thousands of games of chat restrictions, and expressed toxicity in other ways. You were bad enough that Riot decided to remove you from the community as a whole. -You don't own shit in this game. Money spent on RP just gives you the access to Riot's property, which they explicitly reserve the right to deny from you if you earn a ban. It's all in the ToS.

IT appears you got frustrated, and that sucks. I'm sure you're not really a toxic player you were just frustrated -- and League itself enables toxicity. You don't even need players for it to be toxic, it already is.

I recently got a chat restriction because I was frustrated. I'll admit I went a little too far perhaps, but I was literally losing several games in a row due to AFKers, supports who weren't "supporting" or buying sighstones, and people all in intentionally 1 v 5 scenarios. The ints would go into chat and say "I'm tilted I'm tilted" yadda yadda yadda.

So I call those people out two games in a row, and I get reported and restricted. My first ever disciplinary in this game all happened over night. I'm a bit upset about it because I suspect the other players who were the true toxic as hell people received no disciplinary. For throwing the games and making sure the opponent won.

What I learned from this though, if you solo queue do yourself a favor and just /mute all. I went from Like 75lp in G2 all the way to G4 over night because of these types of players. Never in my life, have I hit a losing streak like this.

And now every time I log in, I get a notification showing what I did in those two games and exactly what I said. Like holy crap Riot, are you trying to piss me off by never letting me live that down? Just more stuff built into this game that enables more toxicty. Seeing that every time I log in pisses me off. And I have to play like 3-4 more games for it to go away.

You said you're afk, that's reportable. You clearly don't intend to try/win this game. Also reportable. You harassed your team. 3 strikes.
