how do i report someone for using my friends account??
my buddy sam who i have known for 4 years is off in the navy and someone is using his account.... what should i do so he doesnt lose his account to this guy changing his password?

1: contact your friend ASAP and have them contact riot about the issue or 2: you contact riot and try to let them know that someone is playing on your friend's account. This option may have a chance to not succeed mainly because of how their policy may or may not work, but if you cannot reach your friend then this would be the next alternative.
