Queue dodgers

Should people who dodge queue with a few seconds left in champ select after entire teams have been selected receive harsher dodge penalties (30 mins minimum)?

The theory being they wasted five minutes of everyone's time already and denied them a chance at a 15 minute game minimum. Punish this behavior and maybe people will just play the game instead of wasting everyone's time?

Thoughts?

The result of punishing people (extra) for dodging in the last few seconds would be the threshold that people consider, "the last few seconds" just moves up a few seconds earlier.

You're telling me you never dodged a game knowing someone has willingly stated their going to troll and waste 25+ minutes of your time and LP? C'mon man, dodging scarcely and only for dire reasons is actually a skill to develop.

More people should dodge, not less. It's inconsiderate to NOT dodge when you can tell just from champ select that a game is going to be a disaster.

Losing 5 minutes for a lobby isn't a big deal compared to the 20 minute stompfest you were about to have to endure.

Example - I'll almost always dodge(As a Diana main) if I see the enemy with 3 tanks, a strong mid, and a strong ADC - Vs our Teemo/Sona/Diana/Kha/Ashe.

I'll also almost always dodge if a teammate is overly toxic in champ select. Trying to tilt your own team before the game even starts is ridiculous. The maturity level around here causes it to happen way more often than it ever should.

I'm not saying dodge all the time, but using up that first dodge of the day(5 minute timer, -3 LP) is always advisable over playing a full losing game(-20+ mins, -15+ LP)
