Viewing Report History

I was on the looking to sign up for a PBE account and I remember hearing that you have a higher chance of getting in if you have a decent report history. So I went to privacy.riotgames.com to see if I could get my report history. I was kinda sad that it wasn't in the initial stats page but I just clicked the Expand Instructions. The instructions seemed fair until I saw that I had to pay $5 to see my report history. I was like WTF riot, first i have to do all these "difficult steps" and then pay money.( It's not that the steps are difficult, they are just demanding of your time). I wish that I could simply just retrieve my collective reports just so I could get a view on what my chances are at getting a PBE account.
