Probably that you've gotten banned, and a reason why. They don't need to tell you anything else. You don't have to agree with the reason they give you, but it's still the reason.

Then why not play another game where the most fun things isn't flaming? Seems like you really are at fault here for playing a game you clearly don't enjoy.

You and your friend are not the only ones in the game, as under normal circumstances you are playing a 3v3 or a 5v5. What you and your friend find humorous and good natured other people might not and as such you need to be mindful of them just like you would in any other public place. Also, we both know that you said allot more than that to get permabanned so trying to lie is useless; post your reform card in its undedited entirety if you actually want feedback on your ban.
As far as "flaming is the most fun" you will find that many people disagree with that notion in not just league but in quite a few other multiplayer online games as well such as Overwatch. Next time if you and your friend want to flame each other then either do it in private or not at all.
