does riot actually care at all?

my question is does right actually give two craps about their players in the slightest? almost every single game I play by myself, I get flamed by premade teams who report me for "being bad". why is it that I report these people who flame me and I'm the one with chat restrictions. I think your tribunal doesn't actually care about players, they just like their paycheck and let premade groups control their system. Why have a report system work at all if its just to be abused. That's my thoughts.

If you're being restricted, that means you were similarly in violation of the rules. Being flamed doesn't give you the right to throw flames yourself.

You're not guaranteed a notification of action being taken due to your reports, but that doesn't mean your reports haven't caused action to be taken.

Even People in Riot knows the tribunal isnt the right thing but as long as it helps a Little bit they wont remove that. They cant handle alot players we are too much. Its not that they dont care, if the community wouldnt be so big Riot could help us. They dont have too much time for everyone of us. I am sure Riot notice us and they know from inside that tribunal isnt the right thing. In the future Riot it self Will change it i bet y'all.

The behavioral system isn't a court system to determine who was more toxic within a game. The system punishes based on consistency x severity. Meaning it takes in account your behavior in previous games, and when you've been disruptive for too many games, you'll get punished.

If other people have the same behavioral history as you, they will be punished at the same time as you.

but my problem is, even if I threw flame their way after they flamed me. only I receive chat restrictions? I don't see how that's fair to me or the community.
