viewing FULL chat logs

Is there any way to allow full chat logs to be viewed when reports are under review? you have absolutely no reference to a conversation with only one side shown, things can be incredibly different in reality than what is shown in a single side of chat. what looks like someone being toxic could just be someone fed up with being flamed and responding to their harassing team mates. sure theres the "mute everyone option" but id much rather be able to see what the actual conversation was before deciding someones fate.

The Player Behavior team has access to the full chat logs, and law enforcement may request chat logs through appropriate means should they need them for the purpose of carrying out an investigation; however, these logs aren't available to players, as context isn't important. Retaliation is not an excuse for verbally abusing another individual in kind. It's not an excuse for racism, toxicity, homophobia, abuse. League of Legends encourages all players to treat each other with respect, very much as one would do when interacting with another individual in real life. Anonymity behind a computer screen should not excuse players to disrespect one another, and that's where Riot takes a stand.
