Toxic Players That Are Winning Should Be Punished Too!

Hello everyone. I've decided I wanted to address an issue that I've noticed among the community of LoL. Now, I'm certain it has been addressed before. What I'm talking about is people who win games, carry, whatever it is tend to not be punished as much when they're toxic. Obviously it's easier to punish the toxic person who's doing poorly. However I think both cases should be treated the same. The person in question is the Twitch on the enemy team. He did very well and it's pretty easy to determine he was certainly the better player. However, he berated us the entire game. I'm not the best player in this game and I know I'm bad. However my team and I don't need to be reminded that we're "trash", or "baddies" several times in a game. That's verbal harassment. Often times these players don't get reported because they won and carried. Am I salty about this? Absolutely. It certainly plays a hand in me making this post. I have no shame in admitting that. If he was this much of a jerk in this game there's probably a good chance he acted the very same in previous games and will continue to do so in future games. I provided a link to the match in question(even though I'm pretty sure it won't really be that helpful other than the name of the Twitch). Anyway, I hope that Riot sees this and can do something about it. I did report the guy myself, but I think I'm basically the only one so he will go unpunished. I don't know if this post will bring any sort of result, but it was worth a try.
