several of my smurf accounts were banned, I've submitted tickets asking why, I'm running out of time because some of them are coming up inactive in a few days. this happened before and I was given apologies and free chests, been over a week now and I'm trying to be patient but I only have a few days now. please someone contact me about this issue.
I'm sure that's quite worrisome, but try to be patient and don't bump the tickets. If you have submitted tickets for the accounts, then Support will respond to the tickets. Try and check the email accounts that you used to register them (spam and junk folders too!) just in case there was an email sent there that you might have overlooked. Hopefully it will be something easily resolved. Best of luck.
I wasn't aware that there were any inactivity penalties that happened in such a short time span. I thought it took years before a name/account was purged due to inactivity, which definitely wouldn't be the case if you've received chests on these accounts, as that is a new system.
