Riot employee, please look at this and contact me.

I just played a game with a garen, i miss played a tower dive and he threw a tantrum, afked and basically threw the entire game. All the while, I was able to get him to admit that he uses a vpn and buys accounts, only so that he can come into games and ruin them for multiple people. the most sociopath behavior I have ever, EVER experienced playing this game. Please riot if you could have an employee to contact me, I would love to tell you more, and hopefully you can start an investigation to get this man/woman out of this gaming community.
