I was permanently banned and while in the past I was toxic and had had negative chat logs, the reasoning given to me via chat logs from 3 games doesn't show toxicity that would be considered bannable in my opinion and according to the player guidelines. I'd like to at least hear from someone from Riot as to why my account was banned and if this is something that can be resolved. I've spent so much time grinding out a large champion pool and getting skins and I'd hate to see my investment of both time and money go to waste. I had just unlocked honor from my deserved 14 day suspension, and had gotten a large number of honorable games in and getting reported by a duo and instantly perma banned was so upsetting. I hope this can be resolved as I love playing on the rift and have taken action in very recent games towards being a more respectful summoner, and I can only pick out 4-5 negative comments over the course of 3 games worth of chat logs, which in my opinion is no ground for being permanently banned. I'd love to prove that I have taken my 14 day suspension as seriously as I have, and would love to get back on the rift. Thanks so much!

This is enough to be banned.

After a 14 day ban, you are on thin ice. any sort of behavior that is against the summoner's code will immediately ban you, and that is what happened here. From what I can see, you are generally more toxic during the end of your games, which means losing is triggering you to harass your teammates which isn't acceptable behavior. Take this time to step away from league's competitive scene and detox. This kind of behavior is no longer acceptable in league. Come back when you feel you can play a competitive match without unloading on your teammates -- They want to win too. And everyone makes mistakes.

The fact that you link 1 chat for "perm banned" is disingenuous. Perm bans dont just "happen" its a ramping judgement system. If you were perm bannd you were toxic and i dgaf.

You just unlocked honor after a 14 day suspension... Which means either the suspension was 1. a while ago and you've played a lot of games - some slightly toxic, but not toxic enough for another punishment, but overall more clean games to eventually unlock your honor - or 2. your suspension was very recent and you have played a lot of really clean games to get honor unlocked quickly after it. The thing is though... while your honor drops when you receive a punishment, gaining honor does not drop your punishment tier. And once you are at the 14 day suspension tier, any further infractions will result in a permanent suspension. They don't have to be major infractions. ANY continued rule breaking will do it. And just from looking over your logs, there's definitely enough in them to bump you into the permaban. There's enough in them to actually get you to an immediate 14 day suspension even if you hadn't been punished previously.

Calling teammates idiots, apes, plebs, pieces of shit, cancer... that's all toxic. As is telling them that you've never had someone play that badly, and that they don't deserve their series. But using hate speech crosses the line beyond normal toxicity. And you've got it in here twice. Retarded is considered a slur against people with mental disabilities, and I can't even read the first slur because the Boards censors the words. Which it only does in the case of serious hate speech. If a word is censored with %%%-es here, you can safely assume that it's considered not allowed by Riot.

This isn't nearly as bad as the first match. You do spend a while complaining about your team, and the passive-aggressive comments aren't going to help your team accomplish anything. Then you add something like "same to you fucker." That's actually a good example of cursing AT a person, rather than cursing in general. Swears are allowed, but not when directed at other players.

And then we have this one. This match alone could have gotten you an immediate 14 day suspension even if you had a perfectly clean account. Under no circumstances is it ever okay to tell another player to kill themselves. Never. But then you follow it up with harassing him and accusing him of intentionally feeding. It's unclear from the logs who you are referring to with the self esteem comment, but it's certainly inflammatory and intentionally rude. And then we have another instance of hate speech against people with mental disabilities.

If you would like an official response from Riot, you always have the option to submit a ticket to Player Support, but given the content of these logs, and the fact that your account was already on extremely thin ice, I would not expect this ban to be overturned.
