Evidently Hate speech isn't a "say once get banned"

I reported a player yesterday who said various no tolerance hate speech phrases in game, and was generally toxic and annoying (on the other team) yet that player went on to play 2 more games after I reported and played a game today. This player didn't spell them differently, just came out and said them. I just thought it was interesting to find out. According to people here on this board it is a insta 2 week ban if you say it, but apparently not.

Why do you concern yourself with this enough to check if they got punished?

You reported them. You did all you needed to do.

The likelihood of you every coming across that player again is pretty slim, even if they were to never get banned.

If you are questioning IF Riot punishes players for their behavior, just refresh the Player Behavior board and you will see plenty of examples of players that have received restrictions, and most of them are pretty easy to see to be warranted.

Let Riot do their job and go about your day.

The onlyyy thing I can think based on this is that you have a very low report score. How often do you report players? If it's a regular thing and you don't often get feedback reports that's the only way I'd imagine this happening.

..Or maybe Rito's just going more down the shitter who knows at this point

A year ago, there was this dude whom openly claims that he is ban baiting people. He said that he experimented with the zero tolerance system and said that it took 3 hate speech words to get someone punished.

Treat that information as how you will. Some people don't think he's credible.
