Streamer abuse?

Well quite frankly ill let you guys decide what you think on this one. Jungler flames in game, essentially ints. We lose game inevitably when he starts trying to 1v5. After game links his twitch and a diamond account and says we are all trash. Blah Blah Blah he leaves aftergame lobby. I click the link to his twitch and post the chat logs into his chat. Immediately he starts flaming of course, but then he admits that he elo boosts for money. I've already sent riot all the info but i don't think hell truly get the punishment he deserves. His stream titles are literally x amount of accounts banned. Hes literally an awful version of tyler1. Like hes not good enough to warrant the flame and abuse but seems to think he is. I dont know if it is against the rules to post his in game name or twitch so I wont, but do you guys think theyll actually do something against him considering i gave them his twitch and everything?

Btw i was actually having fun in league for once messing with the enemy ekko and trynn, and they seemed to be having fun aswell, but his flaming actually ruined the game completely and the fun that i was having completely evaporated

Yeah Riot tends to shut these guys down hard, although they have difficulty stopping people from making 30 accounts and getting banned over and over.

Why don't these players ever ... stop? I havent been banned in 5 years. Not even restricted.

maybe hes trying to be like tyler1 and be the most toxic asshole ever and get a ton of viewers from it, banned, get more viewers, and then unbanned and be made the 2nd poster boy of league

As long as you send them a support ticket they will more than likely deal with it assuming he is doing it in the league client.

If he is being toxic on his stream. Eg just yelling toxic crap not writing it in game then there is no grounds for riot to punish him.
