These were my last 3 games and this is what I was writing in the chat. I admit I'm sometimes a pretty toxic player, but this is because I had at that time some issues in my life, school problems and all that stuff that everybody or mostlikely everybode has been trough. I want to apologize for my behaviour, I don't know how much time it passed since I last played League of Legends, but I assume it's been over a year. I want to start playing the game again. I really like the game, it is a lot of fun, and now that the stressfull time in my life is gone, I am a much more chilled person, so I will not be toxic anymore. I had 14 days ban and chat restrictions, but I'm asking for one favor. Can you please remove my permanently ban and put up a permanantly mute on my League of Legends account? I really regret being so toxic back then, and now that I'm reading all of it again, I'm like '' what was going trough my mind writing all that nonsense in the chat?''. I think I've changed a lot since then, but I still like the game and I still want to play the game. Could you please remove my ban and put a permanently chat restriction instead?

Riot has tested giving people indefinite chat restrictions before. It didn't work. People who were restricted resorted to in-game behaviors in order to express their anger towards their teammates.

It's unfortunate, but shitty people like those players are why we can't have nice things. You may have been perfectly capable of not raging so long as you had this sort of restriction, but because some people aren't capable, and because Riot cannot be expected to take the time and effort to figure out which type of person you are, they cannot and will not give you any such restriction.

Riot, under no circumstance, will remove a permanent ban.

You will need to make a new account and start there

You are free to start another account if you want to play the game. However, the account stays banned.

things going on in life and other stressful things are no reason to be toxic in a game and take out frustration on others. you got banned and had gotten multiple warnings therefore they will not unban your account. HOWEVER, you can always make a new account and start fresh.

It's really good that you've had that epiphany. Hindsight is 20/20, they say. Its probably a really good thing that you looked back and realized the error of your ways. Unfortunately, Riot will not lift your permaban and they don't use permamutes anymore. You will have to settle with starting over. Make a new account, it's faster leveling than it used to be a year ago.

Wasted 300$ in my main account to get permaban.. League is just a stupid game where 1 "bad" word can get you permaban. Why do you think everyone's talking about league's community being such toxic and salty... maybe its because of its punishment system that is way too severe. I don't see any punishment system like this in any other games ; or any other "toxic" community like league :p
