People afk, they don't get banned. People feed, they don't get banned. I could go through all my recorded videos and pull out about 50-60% of those games. That have people trolling and they don't get banned. Don't say riot is going to do something when they aren't. This mentality I have isn't wrong. Your mentality isn't wrong. Riot is doing us wrong by not listening and responding back to the community about toxic behavior and how they are going to fix it.[slayer-jinx-catface]

the point i'm making is that it's still our duty to report bad behaviour, even if we believe riot does a bad job about it
the wrong mentality is if you just give up reporting because you think riot will do nothing
