Account hacked and banned for 3rd party software

I recently opened league tonight only to find my account has been permanently suspended for 3rd party software. After being confused, I check my match history on advice from Reddit. The match history shows 3 ranked games played today. I did not play a game since last week. The champs used were Vayne, Senna, and GP. I do not own Senna, nor did I have the blue essence for Senna. I did, however, have around 1360 something RP, and I would never use RP to buy a champion. I asked my friends about which champs were free today It did not include Senna and she would not be playable if free on ranked anyway. The games also showed they duod 2/3 games with another account I do not have added as a friend. I have submitted a ticket and am hoping for the best. I have been on league of legends since 2014 and have sinked hundreds of dollars into this game to show support for the developers. I hope someone here or on the support page will be able to help me as I see some posts where an account was hacked but was not able to be recovered to due someone at Riot not being able to help. I am also worried that they stole my debit card and paypal information linked to my account as well. I also have linked to my account my twitch prime, which I hope does not lead them into my amazon account. I can offer any and all proof if needed be. Thank you.

Waiting for the support ticket is your best bet. No one on the forums can do much more than offer some advice. Support will probably ask you some questions to help verify you as the original owner.

Other concerns: You can watch your bank account, change paypal password or enable authentication requirement, and you can change the password on Twitch and Amazon if really worried about those. Make sure nit to use the same password though.

I had the same problem, i send a ticket we talk with a rioter via emails, he told me step by step what to do. And he unbanned the acc.

Same thing happened to me today, I submitted a ticket today. Hope everything gets resolved.

I just had this problem and submitted a ticket. I'm fuming. What joy does someone get out of doing this kind of stuff to people?

I got my account banned about 5 days ago with the same issue. After contacting support, they retrieve my account back. I lost all my ward skins and emotes, but other than that everything seems fine. Hope you get your back as well.
