Bring back Unskilled Player report

For the love of all, please bring back unskilled player as a reportable offense. Or add useless as an offense. It is so frustrating trying to win a game, but the guys on your team won't group, won't go for objectives, do no damage, won't tank, have no cc, no aoe, no ganks, no peel, or any kind of contribution. Then when you say anything in the chat they say some shit like you're mad or act like a victim. Imagine having 8% kill participation and doing less than the support who built support (not Pyke, Senna, Sona, etc) Just spent my time playing such a shitty game to tilt myself when I could of done something productive or just go to bed.

It was never a reportable offense, just a dud button for people like you to vent and to prevent them from wasting riot's time with false reports that actually reach the system instead of being binned instantly.

Nobody ever got banned for being unskilled. It was a useless report option to make people feel better.

The punishment for playing poorly is, and always has been, losing the game.

Unskill report option is about as effective at getting people punished as the Refusing to Communicate report option back when they both were available.

OP, you're level 11 though. That's how it is in low levels unless you were playing on a different account. In which case, maybe you should jungle instead. And some players are just like that, you have to deal with it.

Unskilled was used as a placebo, it did literally nothing.

Reporting for unskilled makes as much sense as you telling your parents you failed school because your teacher hates you when in reality, you never did the work.
