reporting a player after a game for harassment

I received a friend request from a player after an aram who proceeded to call me a %%%got for reporting him as afk when he announced in chat that he was going afk and proceeded to refuse to participate in teamfights. I was wondering if I had any recourse to report this player, as I have screenshots from the post game messages.

you can report them to support.riotgames.com under general game information.
