Misunderstanding from the autoban bot

Hey everyone,

I just got perma banned for using "kys". I already got penalized for that not long ago, my intentions on the "kys" was only meant to avoid giving a kill to orianna by running to the tower and getting executed (I had to type something as quick as possible because orianna was already approaching the thresh who was on her track, he had to react fast)... My team mates weren't offended at all since the context was different from what you may thought it was. I got an auto-ban because of a report that was made on me from a person (ryze) that has been negative and insulting towards us (me and the rest of the team) the whole game. I assume he left a report on everybody, because he wouldn't want to accept the loss ( indeed, we lost the game ). Also, I am completely reformed. If you look at my chat logs you'll see that I haven't had a bad behavior. I am a very positive player and always play for fun and to win, anyone causing too much conflict to the team spirit is simply being muted.

Basically what i'm saying is that it's a big misunderstanding.

I’d send a support ticket if you havent already since riot support seems to have been really forgiving lately. I checked your op.gg and you didn’t lie so thats good - although you did go 1/12 :/

"You are among 0.006% of League players negative enough to be perma banned." It really hurts man.. especially when ur not the one that deserved it. I learned how to contain myself with League of Legends. Like really, this game educated me in someway, I became way more communicative with my team mates, wiser, I just changed in so many positive ways.

This is why putting a high value on mere words typed through a computer is such a horrible idea. It's basically Riot telling you what your values SHOULD be and deciding what your values are based on words typed to strangers and saying they're wrong. Sort of. It's still just not a good idea. Punish everything equally. Telling someone to kill themselves should hold no more weight than saying "you're useless".

Do you know what keys means and it’s general usage in keague is? If yes then don’t use it if no tell support that your suggesting a legitimate idea in aram

People get banned for saying that a lot. Riot realizes that "KYS" is a toxic thing to say, so if the autoban saw that he likely believed it was toxic and banned you. That Ryze must of reported you for verbal harassment, for that report they only check the chat logs, not the game.
