Just give perma-mutes out!

I was just now banned for 14 days due to toxic behavior. I'm not going to argue that I didn't deserve it (totally did), however:

Due to the fact that there is no function to toggle the enter key in game, or being immediately muted for using profanity in chat, or even a way to give me a heads up before banning me for 14 days, it is pretty hard to prevent myself from being toxic in games that are going bad or dealing with a toxic player. "Just mute them" is a poor excuse. What about if they just suck to the point that my advice is clearly slipping through their head and they just feed even more? Of course I'm going to get ticked off at some point or another. Why can't I just mute myself?

This system is clearly not working if i'm about to be banned from yet another account (don't ask how many accounts I have that are permanently banned from the server :D). I'd prefer it if the punishment for excessive toxidity = permanently chat restricted or permanently muted in game. I have no problems when it comes to this, but if you expect me to keep my arrogant hands off of the key-board, it's just going to be another waste of my time on an account.

PS: is there a way to refund purchases from permanently banned accounts? :3

Do you honestly think raging at someone will get them to play better?

You can mute yourself, it's called not typing. Self-control. You get multiple warnings and support will explain what the specific negative behavior is. My cousin managed to get himself to stop typing before being banned; why can't everyone else?

Consider this: you're trying to get back in the game right, but you have someone constantly nagging you for every single thing you do.
If you respond, then you're typing and not controlling your champ, leading to dying and getting nagged at more. Does that seem fun to you? Even if you mute the person, you know in the back of your mind that they're still nagging. That's valuable time wasted when that person could instead have just been a considerate human being from the start.

And no, there is no way to refund purchases from a permanently banned account.

i agree you should be able to mute yourself, so that no one can see what you say but you type it anyway(might help get it off chest but not hurt their feelings) . but as far as your story you need to grow up, ive gotten chat ban 2 times and i get toxic every now and then. you need to go above and beyond to get perm banned.
