Players having a third chance at reforming

i think that riot should have one of their employees monitor one summoner who's been permabanned as an experiment to see which players have actually reformed since their account got banned and which ones haven't. As a player who has banned back in march and it is now november i think personally i have reformed since then. if you guys think this would be a nice thing to try let riot know

They have either already completed said reformation experiment or it is still on going.

They started the experiment in spring. No word on the results or if the experiement is still going on.

Let me tell you what I think will be the likely outcome. Complete disaster. If a person can reform they'd done it after the first warning. Repeat offenderz will, well, repeat.
