Honor System

For the new Honor system, do you get more honor for normal and ranked games? If you have normal aram players that only play aram, their games obviously are much shorter but are able to accumulate more honor faster than those who only play regular games. So my question again, Do you get less honor for playing aram and more for playing normal games? Or is the honor the same? Which isn't fair. This question may have been addressed already but go easy on me!
