IM BANNED, HELP!

Ok, so recently I got permanently banned from league, yes this is because Im "Toxic" or "Salty". So I got banned from league of legends because whenever somebody would talk crap to or about me, I would talk crap about them for the whole game. I just went out of control! But if your like me and spent over 1k dollars on this game then you would be pretty pissed getting perma banned. And this is where I seek help. I spent so much of my time and money on this game I feel like I should get another chance, yes I was toxic but now that Im banned and realize everything Ive lost, I feel so bad and wont be toxic anymore. I totally realized what I lost and how I lost it. And I feel bad for all the people I abused just for something small that they said. But all Im asking is for a second chance just to play the champions I like with the skins I love, I just need to work something out. I cant spend another 1k on another account. It also took me 2 years just to get everything I had with IP so 1k wont even cut it. All im saying is im extremely sorry for what I did and need to resolve something. Put me on a permanent chat ban for all I care. I just want to play, please RIOT.
