About the Highest Support Singed main that got threatened by riot

On a recent video i found out that my friend AdellaideSkyHart got threatened by riot because he was playing singed support. The main reason was because he wasn't communicating with teammates, didnt buy a sight stone and was leaving their ADC alone early lane and i think this is BS. He doesn't communicate with team mates? As a guy who played with him before he always tries hard and positive. He literally has a copy paste of a guide what you should do when hes gone early lane. If you dont play aggressive you will be fine in lane. He only leaves the lane early but he stops the enemy jg from ganking/leveling destroys other lanes by early roams. If you dont feed of by going in hard in lane without AdellaideSkyHart you will be fine.

There are shit ton of supporters who dont go sight stones in low elo and there are laner's who sometimes don't communicate at all. "but...but thats not the right way how a plat elo player should act like..." So by the way he plays does it affect the majority of his games? Is his win rate 30%? 40%? its 54% and i think its pretty positive for a guy who played 2000 games of singed support. This is just my opnion but this guy is making a new playing style. Its making his teammates win every single game. Hes not a meta slave like most of us are. I dont think he deserves that kind of treatment from riot and i think the guy who replied to AdellaideSkyHart mis-worded some things so i am hoping that riot will think about him again.

(i think my points are very weak so if you have an argument just say it i will try to counter it +i will try to add more later) His recent Ranked_Flex games are all positive

Staying in lane is not a must, if the adc is not doing so well, roaming maybe a way out, support is support, they are not there solely for the adc but for the team as whole.

Non meta stuff should be supported, after all its a game, players should have the freedom to test new stuff and explore, what this guy does is quite inspiring, but to be fair, doing something new and getting banned for it or doing something new in a 5 players game and not getting blessing from your team mate is different, and yes he post a paragraph to explain what he is gonna do before each game doesn't mean all his team mate agrees with him.

Ritto should and in my understanding do support people exploring the game and new stuff, and in this case I think it really comes down to the dialogues between Adellaideskyhart and his team mates, ban would be fair if he fails to communicate (communication don't just mean dropping a paragraph at the beginning of each game, but to reach full understanding with all members of the team , and for them to agree to his plans also) and comes to term with team mates about his arrangements, and an apologies is due if otherwise. Which ever way it goes this has caught many players attention, it would only be fair if riot gives this guy a fair judgement in full transparency.

If people want to do support singed, get a duo to adc with. Most ADCs can't handle being left alone unless they've prepped for it.

The non-communication excuse for banning is a fallacy. There is a support duty that is being filled, which is disruption of the enemy. This actually makes any double jungle valid game-play choice that doesn't need communication.

Its no different than some ADC instalocking something that doesn't go with a roamer after support is picked. But no one gets banned for that, somehow.

Plenty of supports invade and cripple the enemy jungler, some are used as AP carries that might take some farm. But apparently one that does both is bad? It makes no sense from a role definition standpoint.

Whoever is handing out these things is quite bad at analyzing. Platinum ranked isn't some sacred cow of sportsmanship. Its a pretty toxic place and somehow I am skeptical of this player getting reported by the stereotypical raging monkeys of ranked, when he was probably being honored AF in other tiers before it.
