Report system doesn't work, and I'm being punished for it.

The chat log that was sent to me for my suspension literally had a toxic support player, who FED AND HAD THE BALLS TO SAY THAT I WAS THE PROBLEM. His bot lane was literally feeding, and they were getting 2 v 1'ed by the enemy adc. Somehow that's my fault, because I vented my frustration. This season has been really shitty for me. I get constant feeders and trolls. And it seems like riot does nothing to them. But I get punished because I call jack asses like this out. Yeah, screw this game. I'm done.
