Cos you afked / left too many games, so you used all your grace tokens, which supposed to be for your emergency / unexpected times like this.

Its more like; you got lpq for leaving too often, and bug splat was what triggered it. Unfortunate that you got the bug splat, but had you not left consistently enough prior to that, you would not get LPQ.
