problem

Ok, i loaded my first game today as a bronze it was trange to me that everyone on my team was silver or higher and loaded the game in 3 seconds. then when the game was about to load i got a error report, which disconnected me then i reconnected. When the game loaded. NO ONE on my screen spawed neither did i but i did see people typing in the chat and i also saw pings. having this problem of a empty summerners rift i asked my team to remake. they did a remake and i got a message saying "You are ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavioral restrictions." PLESE PLEASE PLEASE dont restrict my account from loot, it wasnt my fault.

Anyonewho cn help me or give advice?
