account banned for using third party programs even though i never have

so today, my account got banned for "scripting" as soon as i finished a game. I've been playing league for 5-6 years now and have never once used a script in my life, its crazy how i dont get on league for 2 months because of computer malfunctions, and as soon as i get back on my account gets suspended for good, and support has failed to help me out in any way other then copy and pasting responses without looking into or helping out the recovery of my account, it feels so bad when you dedicate so much money and time into something just to have it all disappear right before you, has anyone had this problem and had it fixed or had riot actually help? is there anything i can even do to get my account back? :( riot please help me out..

It's pretty much solely between you and Riot.

no i havent, i noticed when i finally got back on after 2 months someone was on it, but never noticed anyone using it after i had reinstalled and started playing on again a week and a half ago.. ddint think it was that big of a problem since i changed my password once i logged back in

Scripting bans go out in waves, not as an immediate response to a scripting act. They like to make sure. If your account had been compromised, then it's possible that individual used scripts... which still makes you responsible. Since you said someone had been using it, it's possible scripting was done then and the ban wave hit now.

Its not like i gave someone my info to use my account while my computer was down, theres gotta be something riot can do to help me.

It's possible if you appeal to them with that information that you notice a compromisation. They -might- dig into it and look for something that could work out in your favour. The boards aren't really going to help you a hell of a lot, sorry. The only thing that can help is Riot Support.

i have a ticket open, but when i told them what was going on, they just copy and pasted what they had already sent in an email before i made the ticket, i saw on a different thread that a riot member in the boards actually helped a guy with the same problem and got it all taken care of, i was hoping for the same thing, just dont know how far i will get with a support ticket, just feels like they are going to say the same thing over and over without actually helping

lvl1 support can only do so much.

ask tell them that you suspect an account compromise and have them forward you to the fraud dept.

If there was a compromise, have them then forward you to the behavioral dept and have them investigate whether the scripts were used during the compromise.

If everything is said to be true, then you should be able to get your account back.

Did you actually tell this to the support ticket? If you can give them more information like when you stop playing, when you think your account got compromised. if you give them all this type of information they will be able to tell if you were legitimately hacked, or if you are lying.
