account banned for using third party programs even though i never have

so today, my account got banned for "scripting" as soon as i finished a game. I've been playing league for 5-6 years now and have never once used a script in my life, its crazy how i dont get on league for 2 months because of computer malfunctions, and as soon as i get back on my account gets suspended for good, and support has failed to help me out in any way other then copy and pasting responses without looking into or helping out the recovery of my account, it feels so bad when you dedicate so much money and time into something just to have it all disappear right before you, has anyone had this problem and had it fixed or had riot actually help? is there anything i can even do to get my account back? :( riot please help me out..
