Now imagine it like this... You're watching world level football and people there play for the cup and shit... Have you noticed how some times they argue or verbally abuse each other? (the teams)
Do you know what happens at the end? No matter how hard they verbally abused, or even physically abused, they end up getting paid... All of them, because they played and tried in a ranked league in which they get a cup.
League of legends rankeds is basically the same, you try hard... you get pissed some times ,you flame some times... But unlike any actual sports you don't get what you earned, aka your ranked rewards after a whole year of try hard. Sure, that guy ruined your mood one match... But he did play as much as you and tried to win the rewards by gaining a rank. You gain that rank and at the end, you're told "You don't deserve rewards because you're a naughty person"...
Do you know what will happen if a football player or a boxer, or a volleyball player, or basketball player doesn't get paid at the end of the game, just because he flamed? He'll either quit the team/game or just sue them.
Do you realize that? League of Legends isn't just a game, it's a sport. Maybe not a traditional sport, but a sport. So you should get what you earned, no matter how stupid your mouth was. And league is the only game that punishes bad language, which isn't even that much of a factor... Because if it was they would of removed the chat ages ago... You don't need chat anymore, you got pings... You got linking system by using alt and click on a champion or timer, or even your ping...
The chat is literally useless, so you can easily just remove it if you don't want bad attitude ingame, but punishing for it, is just sad and incorrect.

pro players get banned only if they show bad behavior in public places, they don't even waste time to play with scrubs like us in the normal client, too busy practicing with their teammates and stuff and some rare cases they stream way too high elo to even see anyone having bad behavior as most are like robots there and don't even know that there's a chat.
5)The guy who made the ban system isn't even working for league of legends and when their own support team writes that the ban system is broken and don't use chat, you know the rules and system aren't actually proper and nobody can explain what are they still waiting... Maybe someone in Riot games is hosting the majority of bots and sells the level 30 accounts later to the perma bans so they just abuse it until people stop buying accounts?
Here comes the fun part, you'll come and tell me that I got no proof that there's bots... But you clearly never tried playing vs AI games, 90% of the time you play with 6 to 9 bots, instead of 5, because most of your teamamtes are on auto pilot and in a week or so the same accounts will be sold on different websites... ebay was one of these websites, not sure if they still offer it, but theres tons of websites that sell both scripts and accounts and are legit of doing so.
Now you'll come and claim I claimed riot do it and I got no proof and it's slandering. No sweet it's not I said "There might be someone", not that "THEY ARE"...
People aren't nice, that's a fact. You can't expect everyone to be nice. There's exceptions, but at the end of the day they are still people like you and... definitely not me, but someone else, whatever... you don't know what's with their lives, maybe they are some 12 year olds angry children, sure... but same time they might be just stressed and trying to take it out ingame, but then they get stressed ingame more and just flame and quit and go to bed. And don't compare my examples with murder cases, nobody died from getting called stupid... And people who commit suicide over such stuff don't do it because of someone ingame called them stupid, they do it, because they had an anger inside kept and collected over a huge amount of time and they were just like a time bomb.
So my sweety, after you downvote me 1000 times with your friends, will you even bother trying to consider what I said? still it's a fact, if you want to not get flamed you got both mute and the option to just remove the chat as you got enough ways to communicate with pings and links. Restricting you off your game account and rewards for calling someone stupid or just using sarcasm is even stupider.

Did I say that calling someone a whore wasn't offensive? No. I didn't talk about it at all. Nobody ever got banned for calling me a whre or slt. And I clearly stated that I use basic sarcasm with 0 offencive words nd still get punished and the other guy not. And sarcasm is a normal way to express and shouldn't even be counted as offencive/aggressive.
