Don't be like me, ArcticTheKing.

It has only been 18 days since my perma ban for toxicity towards other players, And It feels longer than 18 days to be honest. All I wish is to inform other players not to be toxic or negative in games, because things you say can hurt the other person, but will hurt you more later on. On my last day of League, I was coaching 2 new players that just started the game, I was teaching them how to play and what to do, just the basic things everyone should know. After the games I got really tired and almost as frustrated with them as with myself, for not noticing what I did afterward. You see, in the games, a few smurfs on the other team were sh*t talking my friend for being bad. What I said was "He's not bad, he's learning". The other player responded with "He's bad at learning". After some more talk I got really mad, but we beat them in the end anyway. What I should have done after that game was go to bed for the night, but instead I hopped on my main account and started playing. The first game was a total bust, we lost and I got mad at my team. I could have muted my team, but I don't mute people because sometimes what they say can mean the difference between and win and a lose. The second game, I play ADC. ADC Teemo. You can imagine how mad my team was. My support was Thresh and I could tell he was new to Thresh. he would put his lanterns in awkward spots, he missed hooks, etc.. What I should have done was been nice, I should have told him what to do and given him some tips, but instead, I was toxic and my rage had stacked up fully form the past few games. I was fully tilted. We lost that game and a few moments afterward, I was permanently banned. Don't be toxic and rude like me, there is no meaning to your empty words. Since my ban, I have been playing peaceful games like Hearthstone and Minecraft. I have noticed a change in my attitude since my ban, and I plan to keep improving my attitude until I am fully reformed one day. I do have alts on League, but I have barely played Leagye sine my ban, I want to make sure I am completely reformed before I continue playing this game.

~This is a message from the heart. Sincerely, ArcticTheKing. GG,WP!

No you should not have told thresh what to do and given him tips. Stop with the coach mentality with strangers. People don't like that. Telling him what to do and coaching him is basically saying you think he's bad and needs help. You seem arrogant and outgoing. Try to be a little more introverted in your games and stop being a teacher. Not everyone wants to be your student, and they just want to play, not worry about their allies judging them and telling them what to do. Shot calling is fine... ping dragon, ping an opponent when you want to attack, ping danger, things like that is shot calling. But telling people what to do and giving unwarranted tips, usually comes across as passive aggressive insults. Just keep to yourself in the future.

have fun molesting low level players until you reach level 30.

You should have told the players you were coaching to mute the trash talkers so they could focus on the game

It's always awesome to see someone reform. Sometimes it takes a real shock to the system to come to a realization. It sucks you lost your main account, but hopefully things will only improve.

Good luck!

I think the problem is, Riot doesn't do anything to help the average player reform. They just tell you "mute and play the game" that's not how it works. Especially for someone who loves communication. I loved to talk to teammates, help them out etc. But that was my problem, when I got tilted (Which I easily do) I wouldn't say anything except for stuff like "ugh" and if someone were to say something about me like "Oh you're bad lmao" I'd go off. I started using the mute option more often, but I end up unmuting. It's something I can't do. I wish Riot would look at the people who are really TRYiNG to not be toxic, and not just perma ban because they got frustrated. One thing that would've improved my look on the game, was to be locked out of ranked. That's what got me banned. Whenever I played norms I had a great time making new friends, but Ranked is a whole different standard.

you create another acc?

The answer to your poll is no. The only way they are going to start improving toxicity in this game is to start addressing the causes of it, ie trolls. Their method of "ban all the mean players" has gotten them how far in the past 5 years? No where. Because it simply will not work.

so riot can we get this guy an ip ban lol? you seem to love bashing people like me who have enough decency to stop playing but this guy has admitted to having smurfs and the account in this post is indicating he tried to get the ban? and it took 18 days? 50 odd games 200 odd players now have cnacer? but this guy isn't getting an ip ban? could you be anymore half assed with your policy?

If Riot focused more on actual gameplay behavior, (i.e Feeding/Trolling/AFKing) there would be less frustrated players using chat.

Players have the ultimate power over chat. It's called the Mute button. Players, however, cannot control other player's action in-game.

Get rid of the root cause, and the community will be at a healthier state.
